- Avoid people who come only to share complaints, problems, disaster stories, fears and judgments of others. If someone asks for a boat to take their trash, try not to be on their mind.
- Pay bills on time. At the same time charge the person who owes you or let him go if it is impossible to collect.
- Keep your promises. If you haven’t yet, ask yourself why you have the stamina. You have the right to change your mind, apologize, compensate, negotiate and offer one more alternative to a broken promise; although it doesn’t have to be a habit. The easiest way to avoid breaking a promise with something you don’t want to do is to say NO from the start.
- Eliminate whenever possible or delegate the tasks you don’t want to do and dedicate your time to doing what you enjoy.
- Allow yourself to rest, if you are in a moment of need and allow yourself to act, if you are in a moment of opportunity.
- Clean, uncluttered and organized. Nothing will drain your energy more than a messy place full of things from the past that no longer need space.
- Take care of your health. If your body’s machine is running at full capacity, it can’t do much. Take some breaks.
- Face the difficult situations you are going through, saving a friend or family member, tolerating the negative actions of a couple or group; take the necessary measures.
- Accept. It’s not resignation, but nothing makes you lose more energy than resisting and fighting a situation you can’t change.
- Forgive, give up a situation that is causing you pain.
