Curate your feed with lists
You probably follow countless accounts, which makes it nearly impossible to stay on top of the handful of tweets you really care about. The solution is to curate one or more shortlists of accounts you want to see regularly.
To create a list, tap your own account icon in the mobile app, and then, in the menu, tap charts. touch New icon at the bottom right and give your new list a name. If this list is just for you, swipe away Private button on the right, and then tap Create. IN Add to your list page, tap Add next to each account you want to follow closely, then tap Done. You can then browse your curated list by tapping on yours account icon and then selecting charts in the menu that appears.
See the lists where others have added you
Just as you can create lists, other users can add your account and tweets to their lists and you will not receive any form of notification. You can see which lists you are on through charts tab on the desktop site or mobile app and once there, either subscribe to those lists or block the user to remove themselves from the list. See our article on Viewing Your Twitter Lists for information on how to access and adjust your footprint on this feature.
Disable read receipts
You don’t have to notify everyone when you read their DMs – you can turn off read receipts with a single tap. In the mobile app, tap your account icon and then select Settings and Privacy in the menu that appears. touch Privacy and securityand then tap Direct messages. Finally, turn it off Show read receipts by swiping the button to the left.
Save data by adjusting your settings
Many of Twitter’s default features can eat up your mobile data, but you can adjust your settings to disable multiple aspects of the app’s data downloads at the same time. In the mobile app, tap your account icon followed by Settings and Privacy. touch Accessibility, display and languages and then select Use of data. The resulting menu shows various settings you can adjust for images and videos in the app. You can turn off these settings individually or adjust them to use cellular data or Wi-Fi when uploading or playing content. To disable all these features at once, just tap the button next to it Data saver.
Clear the cache of the Twitter app
The Twitter mobile app stores data about your account that you can clear to make the app work more efficiently. In the app, tap your account icon followed by Settings and Privacy. touch Accessibility, display and languages and then select Use of data. At the bottom of the menu, tap one Media storage or Web storage and proceed to the next page to clear these caches.

Share accounts with a QR code
Never again say your Twitter handle to someone at a party: If someone wants to follow you, point your phone so they can scan your Twitter account’s QR code. And vice versa. When you and someone else want to share Twitter details, tap yours account icon and then tap on QR code icon at the bottom of the page. Your QR code appears.
