Johnny F. Rullán, who is a psychologist, stated on RADIO ISLA that they have received at least 450 complaints of sexual crimes against minors so far in 2022 in Puerto Rico.
Rullán assured that there has been a “terrible” increase in cases of rape of minors in the last two years. The psychologist showed that 75% of the perpetrators in these cases are “the parents themselves”, including stepchildren.
