A Grammy Award-winning African Afrobeats giant is set to headline the Tobago Festival of Music, Arts and Culture (TOMAC).
The entertainer, along with a cast of local, regional and international acts will be announced when TOMAC officially kicks off the festival today at 5.30pm.
The launch will begin at TOMAC Cottage at the official secretariat in Plymouth and culminate a block down at the Plymouth Sports Grounds – site of the festival in October.
TOMAC was established this year and is a contemporary medium of art, technology, expression and exchange, and a celebration of African influences.
The festival will be held from October 24 to 28.
