Airline pilots and flight attendants in Brazil end the strike

Airline pilots and flight attendants this Sunday (December 25) accepted a pay adjustment proposal made by the National Union of Airline Enterprises (SNEA) and ended the category’s strike.

The adjustment will be 6.97% (INPC annual inflation index plus 1% absolute profit).

The agreement also provides for a fine for airlines that do not respect working hours – another requirement for aeronauts.

There are 5.8 thousand votes in an online assembly and 70% of pilots and flight attendants approved the companies’ proposal.
