The High Court of Grenada has issued an order allowing marshals to seize the party boat “Harbor Master”.
Lawyers representing Grenadian track star Anderson Peters and Kiddon Peters sought an arrest warrant for the Harbor Master after he was allegedly injured in a brawl on board Wednesday night while attending a party.
Peters’ alleged attackers are said to be five Trinidadian nationals who are employees of the owner of Harbor Master.

In the arrest warrant for the Harbor Master, Peters’ attorneys seek compensation for “personal injuries resulting from the wrongful act.”
Peters is seeking general damages for physical and mental distress, special damages, legal fees and any other relief the court deems appropriate.
