The representative of the Puerto Rican Independence Party, Denis Márquez Lebrón, reported to RADIO ISLA that yesterday the Electric Power Authority (PREPA) was told yesterday that the negligence of LUMA is affecting the generating plants.
“The Electricity Authority itself told us yesterday and presented us yesterday in a document about the consequences that this is bringing to the generating plants, due to the inaction or negligence of LUMA”, said Denis Márquez.
Denis Márquez added that in the Public-Private Partnerships Authority “there is not a single official who has knowledge or expertise in the field of broadcasting and distribution who can understand the documents or understand what he is seeing”.
