Autumn carnival at Ivy International : The Tribune India

Ivy International organized its Autumn Carnival with much gusto and enthusiasm. The theme of the event was ‘We are one’ and the students showcased their talents by performing different dances from across the country and the world. The function was presided over by Lalit Jain, Director, Department of Environment, Science and Technology. The celebration showcased various aspects of society and cultures around the globe.

Dandiya at Paradise School

The young children of Classes Nursery to II at Paradise International Public School, Shimla, celebrated Navratri and Dasehra with great enthusiasm and devotion. Little shoes were worn with different shades of traditional clothing. Some of the students were dressed as an avatar of Goddess Durga. A Dandiya session was organized in which students danced to the beat and tunes of Navratri songs. A play on the life of Lord Rama was also shown to commemorate Dasehra.

DAV School celebrates Dasehra

MCM DAV Public School, Baghni, Nurpur, celebrated Dasehra in the school premises with much enthusiasm and enthusiasm. The little shoes were dressed as mythological characters from the Ramayana. Students also participated in the theatrical presentation of Ramayana. Images of Ravana, Kumbhkarna and Meghnath were burnt. Principal Mr. Rana urged them to follow the path of righteousness and ‘dharma’ in life.
