- The California Basketball Club (CBC) begins its basketball tour through England, France and Italy
of AX Euro Tour with the participation of the California Basketball Club (CBC) will take place from August 11-18, with games in three different international markets. The European tour will kick off in London, England before heading to Paris, France and then ending in Rome, Italy. The tournament will feature CBC competing against three different international U18 teams.
The event begins on Thursday, August 11, with CBC taking on London’s Hoopsfix Elite on ESPNU. The second leg of the trip will feature CBC against a select French U18 team on Monday, August 15, on ESPN2. The tournament concludes with CBC facing the Stella Azzurra from Roma on Thursday, August 18 on ESPNU.
The AX Euro Tour, created by Paragon Marketing Group, will include basketball along with an educational visitor experience for CBC with visits to historic sites in each city including: Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, Big Ben, Eiffel Tower, Versailles Palace, The Louvre Museum, the Vatican, the Colosseum of Rome and the Pantheon.
