On December 19, Bolivian citizens became aware of a complaint through social networks that was extremely disturbing. Cuban citizen activist for human rights in his country, Magdiel Jorge Castro, published a video in which he claims that the General Directorate of Bolivia ordered him to leave the country within 15 working days “for disturbing public order” and because of his constant criticism of the regime of Miguel Díaz-Canel.
