Bolivia: Deputies close to Morales accuse Arce of fomenting internal strife in the regime

On Monday, November 7, deputies of the ruling Movement Towards Socialism (MAS) party blamed Bolivia’s president, Luis Arce, and his vice-president, David Choquehuanca, for the “break” caused in the party.
