Brazil could soon regulate Big Techs

The alphabet soup of digital law is getting a new acronym.

The hot topic in the European summer is the Digital Market Services Act (DMA), which aims to modernize the Electronic Commerce Directive on illegal content, transparent advertising and disinformation.

And this “fashion” is likely to reach Brazil, because it is a relevant regulatory framework for “big techies”.
