Former Brazilian judge Wilson Issao Koressawa presented, on Thursday night, the 8th, in the Supreme Military Court (STM), a criminal action in which he seeks the preventive detention of Minister Alexandre de Moraes, president of the Supreme Electoral Court ( TSE).
The rapporteur who will analyze the request is Minister Artur Vidigal de Oliveira. The petition is not available for consultation.
