Brazil launches new buoy to evaluate potential for offshore wind farms

Named Bravo (Portuguese acronym for Remote Buoyed Offshore Wind Assessment), the shaft was developed by the National Electricity Agency (Aneel) in partnership with the Senai Institute for Innovation in Renewable Energies (ISI-ER) and Systems of Embedded (ISI-SE) and started to be used by the state oil company Petrobras.
