The decisions of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) that limited the operations of security forces in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro have not only contributed to the strengthening and expansion of territories dominated by criminal factions in the state, mainly through the installation of hundreds of new barricades. to prevent the advance of the vehicles, but also to increase the frequency of exercises with guerilla tactics carried out by traffickers.
State Police sources and public safety experts interviewed by the report point out that almost two and a half years after the measures came into force, such exercises have generally taken place. . .
