Comedians Paulo Victor Souza and Bismark Fogazza, from the Hipócritas channel, and journalist Oswaldo Eustáquio denounced Minister Alexandre de Moraes, president of the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE), at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
They accuse the magistrate of violating “rights to freedom of expression” in the country, with “several unlawfully decreed temporary arrests”.
In the lawsuit, Souza, Fogazza and Eustaquio also denounce the application of “disproportionate fines” to Brazilians without due process.
