The president of the Brazilian Supreme Court of Justice (STJ), Minister Maria Thereza de Assis Moura, authorized on Wednesday (December 14th) that the Brazilian army resumed the purchase of 98 armored vehicles.
The minister overturned the decision of the Federal Regional Court of Region 1 (TRF1) that suspended the purchase.
