By 6 votes to 5, Brazil’s Federal Supreme Court (STF) deemed unconstitutional the budget rapporteur’s amendments, the so-called RP9, better known as the secret budget.
The court concluded today (19) the decision on the actions of the parties Cidadania, PSB, PSOL and PV, which understand that the amendments of RP9 are illegal and are not provided for in the Constitution.
Until the last day 15, when the trial was suspended, the result was 5 votes in favor and 4 against. . .
