TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – University of Alabama men’s golfer Canon Claycomb is one of 20 golfers from across the country to be selected to the fall Haskins Award Watch finalists, the organization announced Monday.
- Earned medalist honors at the Rod Myers Invitational in early September to capture his second career individual title
- Averaging a 70.50 score per round and a -0.50 average against par during the fall season
- Eight of his 12 rounds are even or lower, while he’s recorded a score in the 60s six times this fall
- Named to the 2022 PING Southeast All-District First Team
- Nominated for the Ben Hogan Golfer of the Month September Award
- Ranked No. 7 in the nation this fall by the PGA Tour’s collegiate college golfers rankings
