Carnival Cinemas was the first to start its first multiplex in Angamaly, Kerala in 2012. In 2014, Carnival Cinemas acquired the 34-screen Broadway Cinemas. In 2015, it bought Big Cinemas and Glitz cinemas with 278 screens. In 2016, Carnival went international and opened its first cinema in Singapore and also became the first Indian-origin exhibitor with an international presence. In 2018, it took over the operations of Maharashtra-based E-square Cinemas with 14 screens. Carnival Cinemas grew strongly in FY20 and achieved the highest numbers, revenue and EBITA. These iconic milestones are a reminder that she has come a long way and that she has consistently worked towards her goals.
