Ready for a rolling, rolling, rolling good time? The annual Plymouth Fall Festival, now in its 66th season, is set for September 9-11 in downtown Plymouth.
Carnival rides open at 3pm on Friday and 11am on Saturday and Sunday.
If spinning, swinging and dancing to the sound of carnival music isn’t your thing, the weekend also includes a full entertainment lineup, a car show, craft show, pet show and vendors. And, of course, the food.
“The festival is a great cap to a great season for events that truly showcase the vibrancy of our business districts and the people who love to live, work and play in Plymouth,” said Plymouth Mayor Nick Moroz. “It’s a celebration of all that is welcoming, inclusive and proud of our community.”
In addition to the carnival food, the festival will host the annual Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast from 7 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 10, and the club’s traditional Rotary Chicken BBQ from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (or until to be sold), Sunday, September. 11. Dinner includes half a chicken, corn on the cob, roll, bottled water and a cookie.

New to the festival this year, Cirque Amongus performers will take to the Kellogg Park Main Stage at noon on Saturday. Festival organizers said professional performers and skilled instructors will introduce young audiences to the basics of the circus arts – juggling, movement and balancing – in a safe, fun and educational environment. Organizers also hope that a pie eating contest, tank and a children’s area will also be part of the festival this year.
