CARPHA director Joy St John to receive honorary degree from UWI Loop Barbados

The University of the West Indies (UWI) will present honorary degrees to 16 distinguished global citizens at its 2022 graduation ceremonies.

It also marks the return of in-person graduation ceremonies, as most campuses resume face-to-face, UWI announced in a press release. However, the UWI Open Campus will hold the virtual graduation ceremony. Graduation ceremonies will take place between October 8 and November 5.

These 2022 graduates join a prestigious list of fewer than 500 individuals who have been honored since 1985.

The 2022 ceremony schedule and list of 16 honor graduates are as follows:
