On Tuesday, September 27, health authorities announced that two people have died and ten others have been hospitalized due to a cholera outbreak in Lago district, Niassa, northern Mozambique.
The victims who died arrived at the Cóbue treatment center, transferred from the village of Ngofi, with acute diarrhea and vomiting, according to the chief medical officer of Niassa province, Narciso Rondinho, quoted by the Notícias daily newspaper. . .
