The PR-942 highway in the Celada neighborhood of Gurabo has been closed at the height of investigations into a homicide reported around 6:15 a.m. on Friday.
According to the preliminary report, a call was received to the 9-1-1 Emergency System alerting authorities of a person lying on the sidewalk.
The body has multiple gunshot wounds.
The road will remain closed until the investigation is complete. The use of alternative routes such as the PR-941 highway is encouraged.
