Coldplay announces rescheduling of Brazilian Of The Spheres World Tour dates
Today, on the 10th, the group Coldplay announced the new dates rescheduled for March 2023 from your shows in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulowhich were postponed.
TRANSFER OF LOCATION
In São Paulo, the performances will be transferred from Allianz Parque to Morumbi Stadium due to site availability, and now there will be on March 10, 11, 13, 14, 17 and 18, 2023.
All tickets to São Paulo are still valid, without the need to exchange them. Information on the location of the new seats will be emailed directly to ticket holders.
Os shows no Rio de Janeiro will stay at Nilton Santos Stadium, Engenhão. new dates are March 25 and 26, 2023. Previously purchased tickets will be valid for the new dates, with no action required from ticket holders.

Please note that there will be some reallocation of tickets at this new location, as detailed below.
• “Premium Jobs” e “Purma” will remain the same. Tickets already purchased in these sectors are still valid, there is no need to change them.
• “Superior Chair” will be transferred to bleach. Tickets already purchased in these sectors are still valid, there is no need to change them.
• “Lower Chair” will be transferred to the Lower and Upper Morumbi sectors. Tickets already purchased in these sectors are still valid, there is no need to change them. Audiences will be allocated on the day of the performance on a first-come, first-served basis.
If it is not possible to attend the new dates and you wish to cancel your purchase, the tickets purchased will be refunded (including the service charge) according to the procedures below, at the discretion of the Promoter of this event.
A cancellation request is required, according to the following procedure:
1. Purchases made through the website www.eventim.com.br
A) From 10/10/2022, access the link https://cancelamento.eventim.com.bre and make your refund request by 12/11/2022.
B) The event promoter is responsible for refunding the ticket purchase price and the Eventim system is the vehicle that directs your request for a refund to the checking account indicated by the customer via the link above. The deadline to see the refund is up to 30 days after the completion of the refund request process in the system, within the period determined by the PROMOTER.
C) Once the resources are made available by the PROMOTER of the event, the cancellation is performed automatically and the value of the tickets will be refunded in accordance with the terms and conditions of use provided at https://www.eventim.com .br/help/ terma/ . Service charges will be refunded.

B) A deposit will be made to a bank account. The process will start from the return of the ticket to the box office, according to the data that the customer must inform the attendant, within a period of up to 20 days.
