The assistant commissioner of criminal investigations, Roberto Rivera, confirmed on RADIO ISLA that one of the people killed in Barceloneta at dawn today has a “big criminal precedent”.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Rivera, the persons have not yet been officially identified, but one of them has been identified for police purposes. Roberto Rivera added that the crime is related to drug trafficking.
Authorities reported that two people were shot to death on Highway 140 in front of McDonald’s in the aforementioned municipality. Two other people were also injured in this incident.
