Consumption in Brazilian homes grew 7.75% in July

Consumption in Brazilian homes, measured by the Association of Brazilian Supermarkets (Abras), closed the month of July with an increase of 7.75% compared to June.

In the year, the consumption of houses has accumulated an increase of 2.57%.

Compared to July 2021, the indicator showed a high level of 8.02%. The result predicts store formats: “atacarejo” (a mix of wholesale and retail), conventional supermarket, neighborhood store, hypermarket, mini-market and e-commerce.
