BIRMINGHAM, Ala. center Alabama Darrian Dalcourt was selected as the Southeastern Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday. The conference honor is Dalcourt’s first of the season and of his UA career.

- Helped the Tide to a 55-0 season-opening win over Utah State, with a season-high 55 points in a season opener Nick Saban– era
- Led a Tide offensive front that controlled the line of scrimmage as the Tide accounted for 559 yards of total offense
- It didn’t allow a sack or pressure as the Tide quarterbacks finished with 281 passing yards and six touchdowns.
