Enjoy a family-friendly Halloween-themed fundraiser at the Museum of Mt. Pleasant Discovery from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, October 21.
The Halloween Carnival will expose parents and children to the benefits of hands-on inflatable play, a costume contest and carnival games, and a chance to explore the museum’s exhibit spaces. Carnival-goers can also enjoy items from on-site food trucks. Cost is $8 for non-members, $6 for members, available for purchase at the front desk beginning at 5:00 pm Event tickets are $1 each. All proceeds from the event will be matched by the United Way for the museum’s October matching grant. The museum is located at 5093 E. Remus Road, Mt. Pleasant.
