A drug scandal shakes the South American country, Paraguay. Amilcar Fretes Escobar, the son of Paraguayan Supreme Court president Antonio Fretes, has been accused of taking a $368,000 bribe to prevent the extradition of Brazilian criminal Kassem Mahamad Hijazi.
