Actor Joseph Quinn, who plays Eddie Munson on Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things, starred in one of the most memorable scenes from its most recent season. This is the sequence in which he plays with his electric guitar an excerpt of the song “Master of Puppets” by the band Metallica to attract the creatures of “The Revés” (El Mundo del Revés, in the Spanish dub).
Quinn’s charisma, that of his character and, of course, the masterful interpretation of the ‘heavy metal’ classic, won the love of the spectators, even of the famous band. And just this week, the quartet invited the actor to a test at the gates of his presentation at the Lollapalooza festival, in Chicago (USA).
Quinn met Metallica and had the opportunity to play the 1986 song with the group, a musical theme that, thanks to him, has returned to the charts 36 years later. In addition, Eddie Munson’s scene in the final chapter of the fourth season, when he plays “The Puppet Master”, was projected during the group’s performance this Thursday.
