The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Russia and the High Electoral Council of Nicaragua signed a mutual cooperation protocol, the CEC announced.
“The heads of the Russian CEC and the High Electoral Council of Nicaragua have signed a cooperation protocol”, he published on his Telegram channel.
The CEC recalled that “Nicaragua representatives participated in the 2018 Russian presidential elections and the 2021 State Duma [Lower House of Parliament] elections as international observers”.
