JACKSON, Tenn. – A local band is taking time out to bring fun to everyone.
Elmcroft Senior Living hosted a carnival for residents at their facility in northwest Jackson.
The event was a chance to invite family and friends for a fair day of fun.
In honor of State Fair Day, attendees enjoyed food, games and more.
“It’s very difficult for them to get to an honest carnival, so I felt, ‘Hey, we can bring it here,’ so that’s what we’ve done, and we’ve all worked together and we have achieved it. They are having a great time,” said Director of Life Enrichment Darlene Montague.
The event also featured a tank to help raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association.
The organizers would like to thank all those who participated in the realization of this event, adding that it would not have been a success without their help.
