After several legal exchanges between the two parties, Twitter in recent weeks provided Mr. Musk with historical tweet data and access to his so-called firehose of tweets, people familiar with the matter said. This firehose shows the full deluge of all tweets — people tweet hundreds of millions of times a day on the platform, according to the company — in near real time.
