‘Energia para Torcer’ apresentará 15 shows de artistas brasileiros durante a Copa do Mundo

Presentations will take place in Caminho Niemeyer, Niterói, on game days

The 2022 World Cup will be even more alive in Niterói with the project “Energy to rejoice”. The initiative will take place in Caminho Niemeyer starting from the end of November and will present 15 concerts of great Brazilian artists on the days of the matches of the Brazilian team and also in the decisive rounds of the 16th stage until the grand final of the championship. In addition to showing the games, the space will be a meeting point for Brazilian fans to vibe together. After the matches, the public will be able to enjoy unforgettable moments to the sounds of the best Brazilian music with performances by:

Diogo Nogueira, Zeca Pagodinho, Marcelo Falcão, Marcelo D2, Dennis DJ, Sorriso Maroto, Belo, Os Paralamas do Sucesso, Natiruts, Jota Quest, Biquini Cavadão, Alexandre Pires, Thiago Martins, Ferrugem and Xande de Pilares.

The country, which has capacity to host 10,000 fans per daythere will be three large screens (9×5 meters and 7×5 meters), as well as a food court with food trucksexhibition for the World Cup with photos and retro jerseys of the national team and instagram spaces.

The event runs on popular value tickets, with prices starting at R$30 (half price), on sale through the Ingresso Certo website, seeking to democratize access for all types of fans to the party.

Seeking to reduce the socio-environmental impacts of holding the event, Energia para Cercer will adopt 11 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations (UN).

The goals aim to achieve the 2030 Agenda in Brazil and encourage action at the global level to end poverty, protect nature and the climate, and ensure that people live in peace and prosperity. Actions adopted by the production of the event aim to minimize the amount of waste generated, to act in training and income generation for low-income residents of the state of Rio and to strengthen, through music and football, the relations of the population of Rio de Janeiro with culture and sports.
