England women to tour the Caribbean

England Women will tour the Caribbean in December, where they will play three ODIs and five T20Is in Antigua and Barbados.

The three ODIs take place from December 4-9 and will be played at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, Antigua.

The first match of the T20I series is scheduled for the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium on December 11, with the remaining four matches staged from December 14-22 at Kensington Oval, Barbados.

West Indies played New Zealand in their last home series in September–October 2022.

The regional team lost the ODI series 2-1 and the T20I series 4-1.

England lost their most recent ODI series 3-0 to India.

“The West Indies series sees our first overseas round of the ICC Women’s Championship and it is crucial that we get some points on the board. The tournament also plays an important role in the build-up to the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup early next year, said Jonathan Finch, England’s Director of Women’s Cricket.
