Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board President Azim Bassarath is looking forward to a successful staging of the third Dream 11 Trinidad T10 Blast.
The tournament begins on November 21 in Tarouba and the Players’ Draft took place on Monday at the National Cricket Centre, Balmain.
Commenting on the draft, Bassarath said all the teams in the tournament are “equal” and he is looking forward to another successful run of the event.
He was particularly excited by the infusion of young talent in the tournament.
“I expect that we will have a bumper tournament this time. Some exciting young players were selected in the teams and I am very sure that they will raise their hands if given the opportunity to play in the tournament,” said Bassarath. .
2022 West Indies U19 players Anderson Mahase and Shiva Sankar have been selected by Samp Army Cocrico Cavaliers and Soca Kings respectively.
Additionally, ICC U19 World Cup 2020 Player of the Year Matthew Patrick is with Rungetters BD.
Several national youth players have also been selected for various franchises including Rajeev Ramnath (Cavaliers), Kyle Kissondath (Leatherback Giants), Nick Ramlal (Rungetters), Liam Mamchan (Steelpan Players) and the Scarlet Ibis Scorchers pair of Kyle Kissondath and Andrew . Rambaran.

The 3rd edition of the Dream 11 Trinidad T10 Blast takes place from November 21 to December 4 at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy, Tarouba.
