The Razmatazz returned to a West Somerset village at the weekend as Porlock Carnival returned.
There were many floats and walk-ins at the first carnival in three years due to the pandemic.
Saturday’s fun (September 3) started with the walkers, a jazz band, and face painting. Punch and Judy and the Wellington Majorettes.
The procession from the main car park was led by the village crier, followed by local firefighters, carnival queens and princesses and several colorful floats and bands.
The fun continued in the village hall, where there was a children’s disco, before the presentation of the cups and rosettes.
The money raised at the event will be shared between local charities and good causes.
