This is one of the secrets of Brazilian Mila Garro, who became a millionaire cleaning in the US and currently owns a cleaning company.

“If you’ve struggled with your team, you may just be a boss and not a true leader. A boss is someone who gives orders but doesn’t inspire, who makes work happen under pressure and uses her power. to command and not to lead. The person who leads inspires others to follow the rules despite the pressure or situation of others”, says Mila.

Resistance is the word that defines Jamily Garro de Freitas, better known as Mila Garro. From a very young age, she had to be strong, as she was abandoned by her mother when she was only 4 years old. Due to great disappointment, her father turned to alcoholism and Mila was raised by her paternal grandmother.

In 2009, Mila started studying English and had the opportunity to work in the cleaning business and after many sacrifices she managed to buy her first Schedule. After six months of work and saving every penny, Mila spent the sum of 12,000,000 US dollars, for the portfolio of 30 clients.

In 2016, her business was growing and already had 10 employees. In 2018 it grew to 24 employees and one more office team. The number of customers has only grown since then.

In 2020, in the middle of the crisis, her business flourished like never before and Mila fulfilled her dream of earning her first million. Currently in 2022, the staff has grown to 42, with over 1,000 clients in Charlotte, NC. And the annual income increased to 2 million dollars.

The company expanded to Florida, starting with Miami, where she currently resides, and has already gained new clients.
