Full-Team Practice Begins Friday for Baseball

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Fall practice for Alabama baseball officially begins Friday afternoon at Sewell-Thomas Stadium with the full roster working together for the first time.

Friday’s session will be the first of the year for the 2022-23 class, as the Crimson Tide has been working on individual lessons to start the semester. Alabama will participate in a practice-scrimmage split on the first day at The Joe. Practice begins at 2:00 pm CT with the first intrasquad tip-off set for 3:15 pm. Saturday’s schedule features an 11:30 a.m. kickoff followed by a 12:45 p.m. scrimmage.

After Saturday’s practice, the Crimson Tide will sign autographs on The Quad. Fans can join the team from 3:30 to 4 pm to get autographs and pick up their copy of the Tide’s 2023 Quad Card.

All collisions are subject to change. Length will be determined on a play-by-play basis. Interspersed between the scrimmages are the team’s regularly scheduled training sessions. Dates and times of all practices and scrimmages for the upcoming week can be found on RollTide.com every Monday.

Admission to Alabama baseball action on the field is free to the public. Fans are asked to enter Sewell-Thomas Stadium through the main gate (Gate 3) located directly behind home plate. Once inside, fans must stand in the lower bowl seating area with entry strictly prohibited in the upper levels of the stadium.
