However, Natlan has a few more obstacles before Travelers can soak their feet in its volcanic springs. Here’s what we know so far about the country of Natlan, its warrior culture and its role in history.
When will Natlan come The influence of Genshin?
The Teyvat Chapter Story preview trailer lists Natlan as the sixth region after Fontaine and before Schneznaya, so there are two regions to go through before we get to it.
Sumeru is entering The influence of Genshin Version 3.0. The influence of Genshin Version numbers usually correspond to the number of updates in a given country, so Natlan probably won’t come up The influence of Genshin 5.0. Almost two years have passed since The influence of Genshin launched in September 2020. We’re almost at Genshin Impact 3.0 in late summer 2022.

He also calls Natlan a place of “hot passion, both in name and climate.”
So there must be extremely hot temperatures and lots of volcanoes. There is a hidden tale in the Agnidus Agate gemstone, but it is too vague to determine exactly what is really going on.
What real life country is Natlan based on?
HoYoverse sometimes takes inspiration from multiple cultures for its fictional countries. Until now, Genshin Knowledge enthusiasts believe it will be based on Latin American and West African cultures. The Natlan part of the Teyvat Storyline trailer apparently plays guitar and castanets, which is common in traditional Spanish music. It also contains tribes as in African culture. Natlan has the same problem as Sumeru, where there is not enough early information to support his inspiration in specific regions.
Fans are already waiting for Natlan to give dark skin representation as Sumeru did not live up to their expectations.
What is it The influence of Genshin Natlan history?
It’s too early to tell how Natlan will fit into the story. After all, we haven’t even reached Sumeru or Fontaine. In the Teyvat Chapter Story preview, Dainsleif describes Natlan and his Archon as such:

There’s likely to be some sort of war involved – or perhaps a history lesson. Vennessa, the first Dandelion Knight and Mondstadt’s hero who overthrew the aristocracy, was apparently descended from the Natlan tribes. Venti called him a “flame-touched Muratan”.
“The children of Murata, Lady of Fire, are a brave people blessed with a head of fiery red hair. But they are few in number and rarely seen in the north,” Venti said of Vennessa when explaining her heritage. The tribe of Venessa passed down the fighting skills from her country, but not the history.
Genshin reporter Ubatcha also said that we can meet Captain Fatui Harbinger in Nathan.
In what is the element of Natlan The influence of Genshin?
Pyro is Natlan’s signature element. Inazuma is the land of Electro, Liyue is the land of Geo, and Mondstadt is the land of Anemo. Fontaine and Schneznaya, the other two unpublished locations, have Hydro and Cryo.

Natlan is the place of war, as its Archon is its embodiment. We don’t know much about him other than what Venti said in the The influence of Genshin manga.
“She is also the Lady of War. In those days, warriors from every tribe performed battle rites and celebrated victories in her name. Think… She can be pretty obnoxious at times,” he said of Murata.
