The recent increase in domestic terrorist attacks represents one of the most pressing threats to public safety across the United States. In the past decade, domestic terrorist attacks and plots have tripled nationally. In 2021, there were 73 terrorist attacks and plots discovered in the United States, including 38 white supremacist and similar terrorist attacks and plots.
