Newbury Racecourse and entertainment company Underbelly officially announced the new large-scale Christmas carnival for 2022 this morning. writes Ollie Basham.
The Great Christmas Carnival at Newbury Racecourse will open on Sunday 27 November and run until Monday 2 January 2023.
Underbelly is the producer of the popular Edinburgh Christmas, Christmas in Leicester Square and Christmas in Trafalgar Square.
Promising to be the biggest Christmas event in south/outside London, it will feature a host of festive attractions including rides, live shows, ice skating and, of course, Santa’s Christmas Grotto.
Welcoming children and adults alike, this huge festive event promises a safe and family-friendly day out.
On Friday, November 25 and Saturday, November 26, the market will be open after the racing action as an exclusive sneak peek for Newbury Racecourse’s Coral Gold Cup ticket holders.
Registration for ticket information opens today at www.newburygreatchristmascarnival.com, which also offers early bird registrations and the chance to win one of three personalized carnival packs, worth £200 each.
