A group of lawyers asked the General Prosecutor’s Office of Brazil (PGR) that the president of the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE) and Justice of the Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, be investigated for a crime of responsibility.
According to the request, filed on Monday (December 19), Moraes acted to “favor the Lula-Alckmin ticket” and named former congressman Gabriel Chalita to occupy the ministry. . .
