Harding has announced that it has been done Carnival Cruise Line’s Single largest retail partner as the company adds five additional Carnival ships to its retail portfolio.
Harding now operates 13 Carnival ships, making up more than half of Carnival’s fleet. The new ships include Mardi Gras Carnival, Spirit of Carnival AND Freedom Carnival where retail was previously operated by Heinemann Americas.
Key to the partnership – and to a new business model – was the significant data and insights program that Harding has developed over the past five years, the cruise retailer said. The program allows the retailer to pinpoint the right customer proposition, level of innovation and business model for Carnival’s specific needs.

Harding assumed responsibility for retail operations on the new ships in September 2022.
The cruise retailer operates a ‘Quaternity’ Partnership approach with its cruise line partners, brand partners and customers. Harding works with over 20 different cruise line partners across the globe, including more than 100 cruise ships.
