A man claims he was robbed and assaulted in an incident that occurred at 5:52 a.m. this morning at a beach on Ashford Avenue in Condado.
According to the plaintiff, identified as Emanuel Santiago, 26, someone took his red iPhone 13 and assaulted him with his hands in the rib area.
After what happened, the injured did not seek medical help.
The incident was investigated by Agent Héctor López, from the area of Calle Loíza and Turística San Juan, who proceeded to refer it to the personnel of the Theft Division of the San Juan Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC) so that they could continue with the investigation of these facts. .
