You don’t need to have 10k followers to make money on Twitter.
If you want to earn real money on Twitter, here is everything you need right now.
You need to know these three things:
1. Content writing
2. Regulation of content
3. Sold without Pitching
You MUST know these three things about writing content on Twitter.
Most of the content on Twitter is written, unlike Instagram. Twitter is a writing platform, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use visuals. I will show you how you can use visuals to increase engagements and how you can get these ideas.
Here are the 3 most important techniques you need to know when it comes to tweeting.
1. How to write:
This is important because in communication less than 10% is about what you say and the remaining 90% is how you say it. This is the main reason why storytelling and copywriting are the most essential marketing skills.
2. What to write:
When it comes to What to Write, you need to understand your customer. If you don’t know what they want, it’s impossible to write everything they need.
If you want to know what your customers want.
Here is a little hack you can use. Go to YouTube and search for phrases related to your location.
For example, if you are an email marketer; you can search, Email Marketing Tips.
And then go to the filters and get “this year” or “this month” to know what’s trending.
Notice how they spelled the hook.
Ask yourself what you will look at first (as you can see i linked to the third video there 😛) you can start watching it and learn how they presented it.
You can use these headlines as inspiration and start writing your own content.
I learned this technique from Masterclass 24/7. Such a big shout out to ArtofPurpose.
If not, I won’t be able to get these results.
Moving on to the third technique
3. Offer more than your customer wants
Always and always make sure your content delivers the most value you can. This makes you a reputable figure.
You may have read nice hooks, but once you read the content, you realize that this person doesn’t deliver what they mentioned in the title, will you follow them? or read its content again? I’m sure you won’t. So I don’t want that to happen to you. Make sure you deliver what you said in the title.
For example: If you say, here’s how I make $10,000/month Tweeting, this shouldn’t just be a guide on how to write catchy tweets, because people started reading to learn how you made that $10,000/month by posted on Twitter.
I hope you get my point here.
Here are some tactics you can use to deliver the most value:
– Use visuals
– Share resources for free
– Make sure you understand every part of it
– Use examples to teach with real case studies.
Moving on to the next part
This is important as Scripture, why? because the way you present it matters.
Before you start writing content, you need to know what your main motive is.
Your main motive may be:
– To make aware or teach
– To get more engagements
– To get more sales
If you’re writing content to inform or teach, you can write about something you’ve done.
Here’s a thread I wrote about how I got over 150,000+ impressions from one Tweet.
If you’re writing about engagements, you can just ask questions, it doesn’t have to take long.
Here’s a question I tweeted recently and got more than 170+ responses.
To get sales, the best thing is to write long-form content, which is a good thread.
It doesn’t matter if you put it in the middle of the thread or at the end, as long as you do it at the right time.
Here is a thread I wrote this week (July 14, 2022). I put it in the middle, where it makes sense, and more than 17 people download my book for free.
(I currently have nothing to sell in this space, but I could have included an affiliate link, but my main focus is on growing my email list, so I did that)
Knowing what you want from a tweet or thread is the first step in how you curate the tweet/thread.
If you are writing a thread, here are all the tactics I use and implement in my Thread
You can read it here (It’s an average story from me)
How To Get 1 Million+ Impressions Tweeting (in 1 Month)
From June to July I doubled all the matrices (look at the photo closely)
I hope you understand how you can adjust your themes to get the most out of it.
Moving on to the third part (The last)
You may ask, how can I sell without pitching.
Well, it isn’t.
Let me explain myself.
Do you see people using links? (can be affiliate links or their course links) at the end of their ropes?
Some people do this in every tweet they post, after a while you will see that they have attached a link to sell.
I used to do this, but I don’t find it useful, so I stopped doing it on every tweet.
But if I get more than 50 likes, I automatically link my newsletter or Free Online Business Suite using Tweet Hunter.
There is a better way of selling here, but at the moment I have no data to prove it. But some people do.
So, I am in the initial stage of this transformation.
But I wanted to point this out because this is something I want to share with you in future stories.
That’s why I made an undeniable lead magnet
“You FREE Online Business Suite” where you will get all the lessons and resources you need to start an online business to make money.
So over the last 10 days, I’ve gotten over 100 leads.
My next step will be to learn more about email marketing (I’m a slow learner so this could take months) but that’s the plan.
So I won’t be using Twitter to make sales like I do now. This is a better way to make money in the real world… If you’re with me, I’ll show you how I’m going to do it. So you can learn from me and we can make more money together.
I hope you know what you should focus on to make money on Twitter now.
