Go back to school with goats helps the school-age children of ibex employees prepare for the new school year. Employees from departments across the company in all four Jamaican locations were eligible, including parents with children starting school for the first time and high performers at the elementary and secondary levels. In addition, the Special Country Manager Award went to the top two CXC performers along with a new laptop each.
