Identifican a víctima atropellada esta mañana en el Expreso 22 de San Juan a Bayamón

Authorities identified Abraham Joel Pazol Román, 23, as the man who died after crashing while towing a vehicle on Highway 22 heading from San Juan to Bayamon around 4:44 this morning.

Abraham Joel Pazol Román, who was Gruero, was in the travel area of ​​a 4Runner bus when he was struck by Bryan Matos Serrano, 29, who was driving a gray 2008 Jeep Liberty. Pazol Román was thrown and fell onto the sidewalk.

The young man was transported to the Río Piedras Medical Center where the attending physician confirmed his death.

In addition, it was reported that Matos Serrano was taken to the Buchanan Highway Division where a breathalyzer test was performed and showed 0.86% alcohol.

Agent Omar Pagán, assigned to the Buchanan Highway Division, and prosecutor Melba López are in charge of the investigation.
