The Brazil international has an injury that could be announced on Monday.
Midfielder Phillipe Coutinho was not in the squad for Aston Villa’s game against Manchester United and his manager has revealed that the player is injured and will not be able to play at the World Cup.
Unai Emery, Coutinho’s manager at Villa, said the player would not be able to play again in 2022, so he is out of contention for a place in the squad to represent Brazil in Qatar.
During a press conference, the Spanish coach, Unai Emery, said that Coutinho has none. . .
